I would like to share two separate stories with you that both hit home the point that it isn’t all about weight loss. You might have seen many transformations on this website where the before and afters are hardly recognizable. They are awesome, people get it, it is easy to see. But what is far more important, in my opinion, is what is going on inside the head of a person as they transform from the inside out. It usually starts with small changes in thoughts and beliefs and that manifests into the external.

Over the past decade I have been working with women looking to get pregnant and then through their pregnancy as they try to do what is best for the unborn baby.  This is especially important since the newest research is showing that the health of the mom before conception and during pregnancy plays a substantial role in the predisposition that the baby will become a healthy weight adult. 

 We all get comfortable and “busy” and well just lazy sometimes, and motivating ourselves to follow-through with our goals well sometimes just seems impossible.  Do you have any annual resolutions? We all know gym memberships spike and after gorging ourselves from November to the New Year, most of us are ready to get on a health plan, or “eat clean” if you will.
